This month's theme is awake my soul. I've been following this philosophy for a couple of months.
Sometimes my anxiety is so bad and the only way to cope is to stop, breathe, and meditate. By meditating and focusing on the potential positive energy, I am able to reach peace and my anxiety just vanishes. Creativity just flows through my body and out through my fingertips. There's not an inch of stress within me. At this point, I am happy.
Yes, I know this sounds like some hippy dippy crap, but it really works for me.
