Moisturizing Greek Yogurt Hair Mask

Raise your hand if you've ever been personally victimized by the fall weather? I have. The windy air makes my curls a dry, frizzy mess. But autumn doesn't have to be a prison sentence for our luscious locks, ladies... and gents. With proper maintenance, we can let our fro flag fly (occasionally... protective style is important.)

The downside to cooler weather is the dry air it brings. Less moisture in the air means we need to supplement by using moisture-rich products. Humectants, like honey, draw moisture from the air into the hair, increasing elasticity.

This moisturizing Greek yogurt hair mask is perfect for the fall and winter months. I normally deep condition every week for 30 minutes to an hour each time. You can use this before or after shampooing.

*This mask is high in protein. If you are protein sensitive, please do not try this. Test a small piece of hair if you're not sure. K thx -MGMT
