Coffee Scrub For Glowing Skin

Coffee isn't just for drinking or eating, it's also for scrubbing. I know the vast majority of us consume this glorious liquid in the form of a venti iced vanilla coffee with soy, but this DIY involves reusing the actual grinds.

I enjoy making coffee from a French press. There's something so old-worldly about making your coffee from scratch rather than using a K-cup. The best part of this method is that I'm able to take the leftover grinds and use them as a face and body scrub.

Coffee scrubs are great for the skin due to their anti-inflammatory properties. The texture also exfoliates leaving you baby soft and glowing.

INGREDIENTS
Coffee Grinds + Coconut oil + Vitamin E Oil

Directions
  1. Combine wet or dry coffee grinds, two table spoons of coconut oil and one teaspoon of Vitamin E oil together in a bowl
  2. Apply mixture to face and body and scrub in circular motions avoiding the eye area
  3. Rinse off with warm water
  4. Wash body as usual
